Services
We offer the following services at competitive prices.
Please contact us for further enquiries.
Design & Innovation
We can assist with your electrical connectors design while you can focus on improving your products and other important tasks.
We use SolidWork and AutoCAD for designing and drawings. Upon completion, you will get the original CAD files and PDF.
Simulation (FEA)
Will the plastic lock withstand 100 Newton? Is PBT the best material choice for the part? Will this metal part permanently deformed?
We can answer these inquiries by using SolidWorks Simulation to analyse your designs.
Wire Harness
Wire harness is also known as cable assembly. MEA has the experience to provide top quality wire harnesses that meet your requirements.

The Right Crimp
There are several methods of joining a wire to a terminal, such as ultrasonic welding, insulation displacement, soldering, etc. Of all these methods, the most common is crimping, which is low cost yet highly reliable.
After choosing the right terminal and the right wire, you will need the right crimping tool and inspection tool for a perfect termination.
In case you are wondering, plier is not a crimping tool and you certainly cannot use a ruler to measure the crimp height.
GD&T
GD&T is an essential tool for communicating design intent, that parts from technical drawings have the desired form, fit, function and interchangeability.
It uses a symbolic language on engineering drawings and computer-generated three-dimensional solid models that explicitly describe nominal geometry and its allowable variation.
By providing uniformity in drawing specifications and interpretation, GD&T reduces guesswork throughout the manufacturing process, thereby improving quality, lowering costs, and shortening deliveries.
